Team Rees Gym, a powerhouse in the Caerphilly fitness scene, needed a brand that matched the intensity, dedication, and no-nonsense ethos of its community. Founded with a strong vision for helping members push beyond their limits, the gym had outgrown its original identity and was ready for a bold transformation. We were brought on board to deliver a comprehensive brand overhaul—from logo refinement and large-scale motivational graphics, to fully bespoke gym equipment and a powerful online presence. Guided by the gym’s core message, “Get It Done”, we created a brand that’s raw, focused, and unapologetically bold.
Getting branding DONE!
The new identity nods to the gym’s original ‘homebrew’ logo but takes it to the next level with a clean-cut, high-impact mark designed for maximum versatility. The new logo embodies strength, movement, and determination—qualities embedded in the Team Rees culture. From the outset, the ethos “Get It Done” became the backbone of the creative direction. It shaped every decision—from typography and colour palette to language and layout—resulting in a brand that speaks with clarity, confidence, and grit
Big gym, big impact
The gym interior became a canvas for the brand’s voice. We designed a range of large-scale typographic messages that wrap the gym walls, reinforcing motivation and discipline. Each message is direct and impactful, designed to hit hard and inspire every rep. In addition to wall graphics, we created a system of custom signage and illuminated external signs, making Team Rees Gym instantly recognisable and impossible to ignore. From the building to the squat rack, the branding is consistent, powerful, and immersive.
