The Cookie Club Co. began as a small-batch, homemade cookie business, selling indulgent, gooey bakes online from Caerphilly. With a devoted local following and demand quickly outpacing supply, the team made the leap to open their first bricks-and-mortar bakehouse—a permanent home for their seriously addictive creations. We were brought in to help The Cookie Club Co. evolve from an online side-hustle into a fully realised brand with a distinct identity, a strong presence on the high street, and an experience that matched the warmth, joy, and indulgence of their products.
Fresh bakes, fresh new look
We cooked up a brand that’s wholesome, joyful, with a comforting indulgent feel—just like the cookies themselves. At the core of the identity is a new logo: a chunky, wordmark that feels soft, round, and full of character—just like the bakes. It’s paired with a tone of voice that is playful warm, and packed with personality—used across signage, stickers, and internal wall decals. Overall the identity system is versatile and tactile, designed to flex across digital, print, packaging, and interiors without losing its handmade, approachable feel.
